Where do you deliver?
We deliver within our service area: Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerias, and Punta Mita.
Is delivery and pickup free?
Delivery and pickup are free in Nuevo Vallarta and Bucerias. Punta Mita delivery/pickup has a fee that varies by bike (shown during booking).
Do you have a pickup location?
Yes—pickup is available in Nuevo Vallarta at Paseo de los Cocoteros 114, Flamingos, 63732, Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, Mexico.
How do I book an e-bike?
Choose your bike on the Rentals page and complete checkout through our online booking system. You’ll receive a confirmation with your details.
Can I book same-day?
Yes, same-day rentals are often available. For the quickest help, call or text us at +52 322 106 9411.
What are your hours?
We’re open daily, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (local time).
